The location was pretty good, i could walk to most places i wanted to see. The staff were always ready to help. the breakfast had plenty of choices. I especially liked the omelettes and coffee!
My room didn't feel very soundproof. I heard people slamming doors often. there were no complimentary bottles of water, which i think is a standard thing now, though the bathroom had shoe polish which i dont use.

Okay Stay with Some Issues

The hotel's location was fairly good. It was about a twenty-minute walk to the Cathedral and Alcazar. The hotel is located on a side street. It made it quite quiet. The rooftop pool area was nice, and it was relaxing with some nice views.
The room did not have tea or coffee making facilities. I also found no complimentary bottles of water. The bathroom had shoe polish, a shower cap, and tissues, but there was no hand soap. The walls felt very thin. I could hear TVs and conversations.

The rooftop pool offered refreshing swims on hot days. the hotel's style seemed fresh and new. i appreciated that the location was near shops and some attractions. It saved me commute time.

breakfast selection rooftop pool room temperature sound insulation
i found the breakfast selection quite good. the rooftop pool was a great amenity. i appreciated that it had extended opening hours. the location was convenient, being within walking distance to many attractions.
the room temperature was difficult to control. i noticed the air conditioning seemed stuck at one setting. also, soundproofing seemed inadequate, i could hear noise from other rooms and the hallway. this made it hard to sleep well.

thin walls missing kettle
the staff seemed helpful when i asked about directions it was acceptable.
the room's soundproofing was a joke i could hear everything from slamming doors to conversations next door it made sleep difficult the thin walls were a real problem i also found the lack of tea or coffee facilities annoying no kettle in the room is inconvenient.
